Reviews and Ratings
My two-night stay for our annual couple getaway and college game day was a mixed experience. The rooms were of adequate size but had some outdated furniture, although they were immaculate. The service was fantastic overall, but the delay in bringing a baby crib was a downside for our exhausted baby. The location was convenient, close to downtown without the downtown price, perfect for our planned activities but with some noise issues in showers. The dining experience was not free due to an LSU game weekend, and the facilities were good.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, which was a big positive. However, the noise from the proximity to I10 was bothersome, and the lack of noise isolation on the windows didn't help. One elevator for the whole hall was inconvenient, and the rooms not being equipped with a microwave or refrigerator was a downside.
The hotel met my expectations overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable immediately upon checking in. The service was apologetic and understanding, although not very friendly. The location is fine, right off I-10 and close to a street with lots of restaurants. The dining experience was okay, but the prices were a bit high for what was offered.
The room was not what I expected. It smelled, and it immediately reminded me that I forgot my shower shoes at home. The bathroom was outdated, the bed was hard and uncomfortable with lumpy duvet covers. The noisy A/C unit disturbed my sleep, and there was barely any water pressure in the shower. On the upside, having a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room was convenient for a quick breakfast, and it helped drown out some of the traffic noise.
The hotel was spacious and comfortable with double beds, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless during my stay. However, the location was below average for the area, feeling almost like a ghetto, although the hotel was close to everything. The dining experience was very good with a huge selection, especially for beef dishes.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were of adequate size, they suffered from delays in readiness and cleanliness issues, making it hard to rest comfortably. The noise from nearby freeway traffic was a drawback. On the bright side, the location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but they needed better maintenance and were quite dirty when I arrived. It took forever to get hot water, and the breakfast was overpriced. However, the service was helpful overall, despite an incident where guests were yelled at. The location was convenient for accessing different places, but it felt neglected. The dining experience was confusing, but I did enjoy the freshly baked bread. The facilities were okay, but there was room for improvement.
I found the hotel to have very small and dark rooms, and unfortunately, the noise from traffic and other guests made it hard to sleep. On a positive note, the bed was made and the linens seemed fresh. The location was decent, close to everything around, but the proximity to 18 wheelers was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing. The rooms were not ready until 5:00 pm, with dirty linen on the bed and an unclean bathroom that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. However, the service was excellent, as the staff quickly addressed the issues and ensured I got a refund. The location was convenient, though being next to 18 wheelers was a downside for me. The dining was above average but expensive. The facilities were fine but not exceptional.
The hotel rooms were very nice and up to date, although there was a cleanliness issue with the hair dryer. The service was a mix of efficiency and delays, including noise disturbance and a late delivery of a baby crib. The location was convenient next to the motorway but came with constant road noise. The dining options were decent but not entirely free as expected. Overall, a decent stay with some hiccups.
